always had good service just the wait for appointments. a phone appt does not always help the situation.

Excellent surgey. Very professional and friendly staff. Waiting time for an appointment can be a couple of weeks, however, this is no different from any other surgery waiting time.

Having had an appointment at the surgery recently I found the Doctor to be most helpful and proactive regarding my problem. He said he would refer me to a specialist and within a week I had been given an appointment for the following month at my local hospital. I have had several appointments this year at the surgery and have always found the Doctors to be caring, helpful and thorough in their examinations and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My only concerns about the practice are that a waiting time of approximately three weeks has to be allowed for booking appointments. I do realise that the Doctors are under great pressure with the volume of patients they have but find the wait very frustrating.

This has been my surgery for 50 years and it is disgraceful how I feel that i cannot get an appointment for 3 plus weeks, usually longer and how I feel like a statistic. My doctor, Dr lie is so caring and knows my medical conditions and this is the only reason I stay with the surgery. If Dr Lie was not there then I would find another surgery. How can I feel a cared for patient when I feel there is no urgency when I need my doctors and to be told by another doctor that it's due to taking on many other patients, when appointments are not to be had. This I feel is outrageous.

The doctors are friendly, understanding & thorough, you are never made to feel like you are wasting their time...the doctors explain everything clearly in laymens terms, they make sure you understand everything before you leave the surgery. The receptionists are brilliant, we have been with the surgery for 10 years & they have always been so helpful & friendly
